OzmosisBill provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) invoicing platform localized for Nigerian businesses. Features include automated tax (VAT) calculations, digital signatures, cloud synchronization, and client management.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscription Tiers: We offer various tiers (Basic, Standard, Classic, Advance). Features and limits (such as invoice volume and storage) depend on your selected tier.
• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Currency: Billing is typically conducted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) as specified during checkout.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Use of Service & Restrictions

You agree not to use OzmosisBill for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Specifically, you may not:

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Generate fraudulent invoices or financial records.
• Use the service to transmit malware or engage in phishing activities.

6. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Data Stays Yours: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over the business data and financial records you enter into OzmosisBill. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

OzmosisBill retains ownership of the platform's code, design, features, and brand materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

OzmosisBill is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accurate tax calculations, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any financial losses, tax penalties, or data loss resulting from the use of our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Federal Republic of Nigeria**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
